Hi Helen, glad to see you here! And I look forward to your contributions! Just be careful that you don't let any self-promotion for your own books or articles slip in. I myself have written a number of articles about foods and recipes and you might take a look at some of them to see what their formats might be. Although nothing is set in concrete....
