This entry does not currently exist in Wikipedia. What I have copied is the version of this entry as I wrote it on November 18, 2007. The entry was redirected to anti-freeze proteins by an ignorant editor who did not understand the subject. I did not want to fight over the matter, and after extensive discussion on the Wikipedia Freezing talk page, I abandoned my efforts. --Ben Best 22:09, 2 April 2008 (CDT)
