Title, and articles on government departments

Do you think it's worth renaming this article Foreign Secretary? This is the informal, common name. It might also be worth debating whether to have articles just on the government departments rather than the ministers themselves, e.g. rewrite this and move it to Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
