I altered the wording a little. Feel free to revert or edit further. Main point is that tests are not always prompted by symptoms, but sometimes by signs of illness. Hmmm...before I continue with the subpagination, I'm wondering if this should be at diagnostic test (medical), to distinguish from diagnostics on a computer, say? Or is the first thing one thinks of when one hears "diagnostic test" a medical test? Aleta Curry 15:02, 27 November 2007 (CST)
