Culinary Arts Workgroup?

as per Thomas E Kelly: What about a workgroup dedicated to cooking or cuisine? Looking over the disciplines, there seems to be room for a Culinary Arts Workgroup under Applied Arts. I will bring that up under the Executive Commitee and also via Forums. Good idea! I'm in favor, anyway. Nancy Sculerati MD
