Name

'Honshu' can be romanised in other ways, but I picked this one because in English marking vowel length in final position is redundant: English speakers will pronounce the final u as [u:] anyway. Hopefully this sort of thing will be worked out as CZ:Romanization/Japanese. John Stephenson 04:35, 18 March 2008 (CDT)

Regional infoboxes

I absolutely hate these regional infoboxes. They do absolutely nothing but take up space. They are utterly, utterly pointless. --Robert W King 11:53, 15 April 2008 (CDT)
