Thank you for your note. I am trying to concentrate on "Keynesianism" now, but this is also a very large subject. Any offers to proofread (and fix) my articles are very welcome; just the other day we discovered in them a word that does not exist in English. It is very difficult for the  same person to write and proofread; one tends to "jump over" some mistakes.
