What content is allowed

Jorge, I just noticed that you left a question on my Talk page. Sorry to take a few days getting back. Please in future sign comments on Talk pages by placing four tildes at the end of the comment like this: ~~~~ (places your signature and the time/date on the comment upon saving the page).

As for allowed content, we accept almost everything except for self-promotions (i.e., don't write about yourself or your own company), and we are currently not accepting articles about mass shooters. See content policy and objectivity guidance.

It is allowed to port Wikipedia articles to this platform and work on them here, but we ask that you give credit to Wikipedia by including a section "Provenance" near the bottom of the article and place the {{WPAttribution}} template in that section. See the Bee article for an example. The template just adds boiler-plate text about some of the contents coming from Wikipedia. It's also nice to leave a comment on the article's Talk page that you ported it from Wikipedia, and perhaps why, so that other contributors will know what's going on and can help accordingly.Pat Palmer (talk) 08:07, 9 May 2023 (CDT)
