I am a sophomore at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. I am currently pursuing a degree in history with a focus on Western Europe and the Middle East; I also intend to minor in music. I have been playing the piano for eleven years and the drum set for six. I have an avid interest both in the playing and the history of jazz music; I am currently the drummer for the Georgetown University Jazz Band and I also drum in a smaller jazz quintet that plays around campus.
