My name is Nathaniel Chimhete, and am from Zimbabwe. I am a graduate student in the history department at the University of Iowa. My field of study are as follows: Modern Africa, Modern Latin America and US Slavery. My research interests include globalization, economic neo-liberalism, Structural adjustment Programs, small-scale miners, issues of poverty as well as the African Alcohol Industry in Zimbabwe.
