Marina Meyere Da Silveira graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelors degree in International Relations in 1990. She has lived in France and Switzerland where she attended the Sorbonne in Paris, the International Intitute of Human Rights in Strasbourg and worked at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Geneva. She returned to the United States to attend law school at Santa Clara University School of Law. After graduating and passing the Bar in 1995, Ms. Meyere worked in private practice and then for the Judicial Branch as a research attorney. Currently she is the Managing Attorney at the Sixth District Court of Appeal in California. She lives and works in Norhtern California.
