Linda Howard works as a graphic designer/desktop publisher for a market research firm in San Francisco. She holds a BA in Communications (Journalism) from The American University, with a double minor in Literature and Psychology. Previous editorial experience includes a position as associate editor for the now-defunct fiction magazine Gateways: Past, Future... Sideways and as a writer, production manager and managing editor for Anything That Moves, the groundbreaking magazine of bisexual advocacy. Her interests are diverse, including firedancing, Burning Man, bisexual activism, horror movies, mystery novels, comics, the goth-industrial "freak" culture, role-playing games, science fiction conventions, and tai chi. In her spare time, she writes scripts for comics and has begun writing for www.comixpedia.com.
