I am a native Texan, born in San Antonio and have lived in Austin for over 35 years. I have a B.S in Management from Park University: Austin Campus and have worked at various large hi-tech companies in the area such as Motorola (now Freescale), Advanced Micro Devices, Eaton Corporation: Semiconductor Equipment Division, National Instruments and Dell, Inc. mostly in process or development engineering.

My main interests and areas of expertise include topics on Texas - historical, geographical and biographical. My other main interest is American films and the people who create them.

I am an administrator on Wikipedia and an amateur photographer providing as many free high resolution images for the articles as I can.
