I have published articles on Irish writers, including the introduction to the Penguin Classics edition of George Bernard Shaw's Nobel-winning Saint Joan, and recently published my first book, a work of cultural criticism about the television show Lost called Living Lost.
I am currently writing a regular blog-column for Powell's Books about the literary, historical, philosophical and narrative connections of the show after each new episode of the third season. I am also Assistant Director of the University of Virginia Writing Center, and have used the MediaWiki software to develop our own wiki on writing arguments.
