Eric focuses on improving eCommerce related business through improved strategy and use of technology. A key interest and strength is helping clients improve how they engage with and serve the customer, via the web and all other service channels. His professional history spans online platform development; pricing strategy and financial modeling; corporate strategy and business transformation; and project management including developing training and assessment programs.
Eric earned his Master of Business Administration in strategic management, finance, and international business from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. He holds a Bachelor of Science in elementary education with a concentration in German from Ohio State University in Columbus.
