Born Topeka KS 4-9-1943. BS in Business Administration 1966, JD in 1973; both from the University of Kansas. Peace Corps 1966-1968, US Army 1968 to 1970, VISTA Voulenteer 1973-1974. I worked for Legal Aid at various offices until 1976. Private practice until 1991 when I went ot work for the State of Washington. Left in 2006. Returned to private practice and retired in 2010. WSBA # 4910.

I have been involved with Sea Scouts for the last twenty-five years.
