Born in Buffalo. Still a Buffalo Bills fan-long after I should have outgrown it. Lived a long time in Southern California, and now reside in western Washington. 1982, B.A. in Biblical Studies from Masters College in Newhall, CA. My plan was to become a minister until I discovered I was not cut out for church politics, or any politics. 1992, M.A. in the Humanities from Cal State Dominguez Hills. Have completed all coursework for an M.A. in Secondary Education from the University of Phoenix. Certified to teach English as a Second Language. Have worked as an associate pastor, documentation manager in the aerospace-defense industry, high school teacher, camp and conference center director, and a college professor. Write and perform music and comedy (less now than in the past). Have published numerous articles and a couple of books. Billy Joel fan.
