I am a full-time university faculty member and an e-business & information technology consultant. I have been a computer trainer since the 1980s, and I spend most of my day working with my peers, helping them by presenting train the trainer seminars and writing Information Technology (IT)-related news articles. Before I fell in love with IT training, I served in the United States Air Force as a Korean interpreter and later as a leadership & management trainer.

I was graduated from the Defense Language Institute (Korean), Air Force Academic Instructor School, Community College of the Air Force (A.A.S. in Interpreting and Translating), University of Maryland (B.A. in Behavioral Science), and The Johns Hopkins University (M.L.A. - Master of Liberal Arts). I am currently studying International Business Administration at Kennedy-Western University (Ph.D.), and I will complete my dissertation this year.
