Hi, I’m Dan Zhou. I received my BSc physics degree From Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (BUAA, China) in 2008. In the past year, I did some research about the synthesis and characterization of self-assembly nickel hydroxide in BUAA.

Now I’m working in the School of Physics(TCD) and the CRANN AML as a PhD student. Currently my research is focused in the structure and composition analysis of materials with electron microscopy (SEM, TEM, EDX, EELS, Lorentz etc) and helium ion microscopy(HIM). http://www.tcd.ie/Physics/People/HongZhou.Zhang/Members/Dan.php
