I teach a variety of history courses and recently the department I chair, History, decided that Wikipedia as a resource used exclusively was not good research. The credibility of some articles needs to be balanced with other sources. This site sounds like it has better credibility, and although I understand the need for a variety of viewpoints students don't often seek another source. I look forward to using this site! I have been a history teacher in both the public, Duxbury Public Schools, MA, and the private sector, Vermont Academy. I am a very strong proponent of research and writing.
