Hi guys, your reference list is looking a bit thin, you might want to improve it pretty soon. Let us know if you need help or advice.

Maybe Sawdah and Anya could help the group with their contribution?

Perhaps you're struggling to construct a bibliography. Remember that your article will be to introduce and explain the concept of normal weight obesity - but not all your references will be about normal weight obesity. So how do you know what you'll need?- you've got 3 papers to start including the one I gave you - read them and extract the key points in a summary. Then think about what you're going to have to explain in your article - and find really good references for those things. A good place to start looking for those other references is the reference lists of the articles you've found - look at what they are citing.Gareth Leng 20:09, 12 October 2011 (UTC)

hey guys, feel free to edit the introduction section Sawdah Jakda 16:15, 25 October 2011 (UTC)

Good plan, good clear intro. I've edited slightly.Gareth Leng 12:05, 1 November 2011 (UTC)

Sawdah, for the list of criteria you've written as measurements of NWO, is it right that patients have to meet 3 of the 5 criteria to have metabolic syndrome and the international diabetes federation have said that patients should have central obesity (waist circumference) and 2 of the other factors. Here's a link to their definition http://www.idf.org/webdata/docs/IDF_Meta_def_final.pdf Catriona Thompson 19:45, 7 November 2011 (UTC)
