 Definition Manichaean Paranoia is dualistic political-religious worldview marked by political positions of intense polarization. Actors who function within Manichaean paranoia operate within an alarming dilemma that leaves little if any ground for ambiguity and cooperation. They must either proactively fight against their political opponents or be destroyed by them. [d] [e]

Ties nicely into some other work

I have several things that can link to this: The Clash of Civilizations and the Remaking of World Order and some other futurist work in progress such as The Pentagon's New Map, the run-up to the Iraq War, and some biographies not just of Bush people but going back to earlier Cold Warriors like John Foster Dulles, degenerating into Joe McCarthy and Ann Coulter.
