This category is for previous versions of articles that for various reasons do not form the main page or subpage. This could be due to an error or an old process. For example, there used to be an article-approval rule which involved continuing the article with unapproved edits on a subpage named /Draft, which meant that the edit history would be split across two pages. If an article subsequently had approval revoked, there would be no way to easily merge the histories, so the edit history of one is retained here as a 'previous version' that should not be edited.
