Barbara Davis Blum [r]: Board of Directors, Henry L. Stimson Center; President of investment partnership; head, (1983-1999) of theoldest and largest bank and bank holding company then owned and managed by women; Deputy Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and negotiated environmental agreements with Japan and China; U.S. representative to the Organization for Economic Coooperation and Development; Senior Advisor to the United Nations Environment Programme, advising developing countries on public infrastructure for sustainable economic development; deputy director of the successful Carter/Mondale Presidential campaign; was a director and served as chair of the executive and compensation committees of the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, Inc.
