Welcome Page

Welcome to the Citizendium! We hope you will contribute boldly and well. Here are pointers for a quick start. You'll probably want to know how to get started as an author. Just look at CZ:Getting Started for other helpful "startup" links, and CZ:Home for the top menu of community pages. Be sure to stay abreast of events via the Citizendium-L (broadcast) mailing list (do join!) and the blog. Please also join the workgroup mailing list(s) that concern your particular interests. You can test out editing in the sandbox if you'd like. If you need help to get going, the forums is one option. That's also where we discuss policy and proposals. You can ask any constable for help, too. Me, for instance! Just put a note on their "talk" page. Again, welcome and have fun! Joe Quick 15:44, 24 January 2012 (UTC)

Shahpura House

Welcome to CZ! Please note that CZ is not a travel guide. Shahpura House is not an encyclopedic article. See its talk page. --Peter Schmitt 14:48, 27 January 2012 (UTC)

A better place for these contributions would be on a wiki that is a travel guide. Wiktravel. A good starting point is Welcome newcomers.
Note, however, that you would need to conform with WT policies. In particular, hotels are not "destinations" in WT's terms so, as a matter of policy, they do not get their own articles. Nor is most marketing text acceptable, see Don't tout.
Wikitravel has an article on Grand old hotels. Would some of the ones you write on fit there? See the article's talk page for criteria. Sandy Harris 03:17, 6 February 2012 (UTC)

Your articles on three hotels have been moved to your user talk space as a result of Case 2012-001:

The pictures have to be deleted because their copyright status does not conform to CZ policy. For comments see talk page. --Peter Schmitt 20:54, 6 February 2012 (UTC)
