This template is used to show a definition or description of a defined term, object or person.

Example of use

* "{{Def|Biology}}"

produces:

• "The science of life — of complex, self-organizing, information-processing systems living in the past, present or future."

If no definition exists

If used on an entry that does not have a definition (e.g. Foobar),

{{Def|Foobar}} produces: (Add definition for Foobar)
