Yes, Petrarch would be best. His birth name was Francesco Petracco which he later latinized to Francesco Petrarca. Don't hesitate to move the article back to Francesco Petrarch; maybe that's right, I don't claim to know much about him. It's just that we prefer the names by which someone is most commonly known, and there are some historical figures, like Michelangelo (often from the Renaissance, no?), who have these sorts of single names. --Larry Sanger 19:32, 1 November 2007 (CDT)
