The Grand River, with Port Maitland at its mouth.

Port Maitland, Ontario is a small community at the mouth of the Grand River, on the North shore of Lake Erie.

At one time a canal connected the Welland Canal to the Grand River.

There is another community named Port Maitland in the Province of Nova Scotia.
