In Vietnam, National Highway 10 (Vietnam) runs from the coal mines in Quang Ninh, via Haiphong, to the coastal provinces from Thai Binh to Thanh Hoa.

In Haiphong, it is a corridor for industrial parks. The new Binh Bridge in Haiphong links it to National Highway 5.
