Blind Guardian is a German metal band founded in Krefeld 1984. The founding members have been Hansi Kürsch, André Olbrich, Marcus Siepen, Thomen Stauch. The only change in line-up since the beginning was the replacement of the drummer Thomen Stauch by Frederik Ehmke in 2005.
