I am a Ph.d. candidate in Classical Studies at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and hold an M.A. in Comparative Literature, B.A. in Classical Studies, and B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arkansas. My focus of study is the Satires of the Roman poet Juvenal and Latin linguistics more broadly, but I have studied ancient Greek and Sanskrit for years as well. I have extensive field experience in classical archaeology at Athens and Pompeii, as well as personal examination of many sites and finds across Europe and Turkey.
