I am currently starting my honours year in Physiology at Edinburgh University. This project was of interest to me as there are many physiological processes involved in appetite and obesity. Undertaking this project will give me an in depth knowledge of understanding how these factors operate to regulate appetite and control obesity. I will also learn about how other factors can influence appetite and obesity such as stress, lifestyle and diet
