river page names: Savinja or Savinja River?

Should pages for rivers be called, for example, Mississipi River, or Mississipi? I would think River should be part of the names, as many rivers share names with States or regions. Geography editors will need to decide this one. David E. Volk 11:12, 4 January 2008 (CST)
