Biography:


A new UK contributor to Citizendium, with (amongst many others) particular passions for East Asia, technology and philosophy/normative ethics.

I have reasonable proficiency in Japanese (although I’m fairly rusty on the speaking side), and some basic knowledge of French and Korean. I am currently studying towards an Effective Operational Proficiency (C1) qualification in Mandarin Chinese within the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

My present work is within the field of International Relations and Diplomacy. Qualifications/Achievements:
