Ameersing Luximon has a M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He also has a B.Tech (First Class) from the University of Mauritius. Dr Luximon is listed in the Marquis Who’s Who in Science and Technology, Marquis Who’s Who in Asia , and Marquis Who’s Who in Business and Finance. He is married to Dr Zhang Yan and has a daughter. His interests include Human Factors and Ergonomics, CAD/CAM/CAE, foot and footwear, product design and statistical modeling. Dr Luximon has several scholarships, research publications, research grants, and has given presentations at international conferences.
