Professor at Wayne State University in Detroit. Currently in Political Science Department after 28 years in adult and continuing education programs. Teaching American Constitutional Law, Race and Ethnicity, immigration history and policy, and workplace issues. University of Michigan degrees in Law (J.D., 1967) and History (Ph.D. 1972, M.A. American Studies, 1969).
