A sentence is when a person tells what an object did or does. The person tells what the thing did using signs or words. He might speak the words or write them down. An example sentence is, “Birds sing.” The following are two more sentences. Frogs jump. Dogs bark. The statement, “Wolves howl,” is a sentence because it says what did what and nothing more or less. In other words, it makes complete sense.
