Casio introduced this model in 1997.  It has a daily alarm, and a countdown timer.  These features trigger an audible alarm.

Detainees who testified to their surprise and confusion over this allegation have described their watches, and those descriptions have not matched the description of the F91W.  Their descriptions have mentioned built-in [[compass]]es and [[calculator]]s -- features the F91W lacks.
