Thomas Henriksen is a foreign and military policy specialist in failed states, rogue states, and also concentrates on armed and covert interventions abroad. He is a fellow at the Hoover Institution and the U.S. Special Operations University.
He received his B.A. in 1962 from Virginia Military Institute, his M.A. in 1966 and his Ph.D. in 1969, both from Michigan State University.
