My name is Thierry Meulemans. I have a PhD in Psychology, and I am now professor of psychology at the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Liège (Belgium). My area of specialization is cognitive neuropsychology. Since 2002, I am director of the Neuropsychology Unit in the Department of Cognitive Science at the University of Liège. My main research interests concern preserved learning abilities of memory impaired patients; I am particularly interested in the study of implicit learning processes (a topic on which I have written a book in French: "L'apprentissage implicite: une approche cognitive, neuropsychologique et développementale"). I am also involved in clinical activities (assessment and rehabilitation of brain-damaged patients).
