For the immediate and foreseeable future, I will be confining my work here to the articles on the constituent states of the United States, with particular emphasis on the bibliographies and internet resources.
Idaho (U.S. state): A landlocked state in the northwestern U.S.. [e]- Montana (U.S. state): a Great Plains, Rocky Mountain state of the U.S. that joined the union in 1889. [e]
Nebraska (U.S. state): a Great Plains state of the U.S. that joined the union in 1867. [e]- North_Dakota (U.S. state): a Great Plains state of the U.S.. [e]
- South_Dakota (U.S. state): a Great Plains state of the U.S. that joined the union in 1889. [e]
- Washington (U.S. state): 42nd state of the USA. [e]
- Wyoming (U.S. state): One of the 50 states of the United States (statehood 1890, 44th state) located on the Great Plains and eastern Rocky Mountains in north central U.S.; est. population (2008) 533,000. [e]
