==Hardware==
I'm running an Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0Ghz (overclocked to 3.6!), 4GB DDR2-800 RAM, 2x500GB SATA2 HDDs & a single 1TB (the former two being system drive and the latter being a shared documents drive), a SATA DVD-RAM drive, an Nvidea 8500GT, and a pretty good case to boot.  I use a Razer Diamondback 3G mouse and Logitech G15, and a 24" LCD screen. Pretty good, except my desk is absolutely littered (I'll get a photo up soon).

==Software==
My box dualboots Slackware Linux (my "work" OS), and a hacked-up Windows XP SP3 (that I use for gaming). On Slack, I use KDE4 with all the default stuff (Kate is the best editor ever, and Amarok is the best media player ever, end of story), but with Firefox 3 RC1 instead of Konqueror. On Windows I have Xfire, Steam, Windows Live Messenger (I can't really be bothered with Open Source Software on my Windows partition, it'd be kinda hypocritical considering the OS itself). I'm also proud to say I've never used a Mac and I never will.

You could say I have a somewhat varied taste in music, I suppose. I can't name a genre I won't listen to, from hardcore dance, to rap, to metal, punk, orchestral music, ambient... I don't know what to describe my taste as, honestly.

I am 17 year old student living & working in Liverpool, UK. Currently studying for a "BTEC National Diploma for IT Practitioners", I'm highly knowledgeable in many aspects of computer web design, programming, and networking, and a good amount of know-how in other aspects of computing. Hardware

Software

Music

You could say I have a somewhat varied taste in music, I suppose. I can't name a genre I won't listen to, from hardcore dance, to rap, to metal, punk, orchestral music, ambient... I don't know what to describe my taste as, honestly.
