I am the copyright holder
I wish people to be able to reuse my work with few or no restrictions.	I wish to upload a work of professional quality or rarity and to restrict reuse.

I am not the copyright holder
I have written permission from the copyright holder.
The work is available under a licence which permits reuse.	I believe that the intended use of the work constitutes Fair Use.
This work is in the Public Domain. (Inc. works of the US Gov.)	The copyright on this work has expired.

Advanced options
I have no idea what to do and would like help.	I would like to skip the upload wizard. (Advanced - not recommended!)
