I have a master of library and information science from the University of Pittsburgh, and a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in electrical and computer engineering, both from Carnegie Mellon University. I currently work at the Physical and Mathematical Sciences Library (since February 2007) and before that I was at the University of New Orleans, where I was Engineering Librarian.  I have a minor in German Language from Carnegie Mellon and a good amount of general knowledge from hobbies.  Some of these other areas are Japanese popular culture, comic books, and roleplaying games.
