David Martin was born in Philadelphia in 1981. He grew up in Philadelphia and New Jersey, attending both public and private schools throughout middle school and high school. In 1999, he attended Rutgers University for 2 years before transferring to Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY. In 2004, David completed his BA in Mathematics and moved back to New Jersey where he spent time working in real estate and casino entertainment. In 2006, David moved back to New York to take a job in event production and design. In the winter of 2006, David enrolled in an alternative track program to teach high school. He currently teaches high school math in New York City. His interestes include Mathematics, online entertainment (ie MMORPGs), video and lighting production, movies, jazz and blues music, pop culture, and prime time television.
