I have been active on Wikipedia since [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Contributions&offset=20020307050837&limit=50&target=Fredbauder February 28, 2002]. I initiated a specialized wiki on Wikia which is devoted to water as a resource [http://water.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page WaterWiki]. I am 64 years old and retired. I practiced law some, but due to an ethics problem, (The details can be easily found by googling me; the underlying charge is untrue) I no longer practice. I have an undergraduate degree in psychology, with a minor in sociology from the University of Colorado. My peak experience as an undergraduate was an introduction to sociology of knowledge. My law degree is a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver School of Law.

I have a long history of conflict with Larry Sanger. We first butted heads on Wikipedia; the articles were [[truth]], [[reality]], and [[knowledge]]. On my side, original research, on his, professional knowledge, but not a lot of patience. I don't intend to repeat that experience here, or anything like it. I know what a good reference is nowdays. While I am here I intend to wear my Citizendium hat, and be loyal in good faith to this project and its premises. However, I have time constraints which preclude intense involvement.

I have been active on Wikipedia since February 28, 2002. Following that link is a wayback machine into Wikipedia's early days. I am now an administrator and a member of the Arbitration Committee. I initiated a specialized wiki on Wikia which is devoted to water as a resource WaterWiki.

We first butted heads on Wikipedia; the articles were truth, reality, and knowledge. On my side, original research, on his, professional knowledge, but not a lot of patience. I don't intend to repeat that experience here, or anything like it. I know that a good reference is nowdays. While I am here I intend to wear my Citizendium hat, and be loyal in good faith to this project and its premises. I do have time constraints which preclude intense involvement however.
