Jeffrey Michael (Jeff) Fisher (born February 25, 1958 in Culver City, California) is a former American football coach and player. He played as a defensive back and punt return for the Chicago Bears in the National Football League (NFL) from 1981 to 1985, when his career ended prematurely because of injury. He turned to coaching and ultimately became a head coach at, first, the Tennessee Titans from 1995 to 2010; then at the St Louis Rams from 2012 to 2016.
