Perhaps the 2nd paragraph of the introductory material under the History section (beginning with "1990 the first world . . .") could be removed. It seems redundant in that the information in that paragraph is already contained in (or could be worked into) the listing of events which follow. James F. Perry 08:35, 19 June 2007 (CDT)
