The section Duleep_Singh#Another_identity is completely wrong. This Duleep Singh had nothing to do with cricket and it is highly unlikely that his father Maharaja Ranjit Singh had even heard about the game.
The person after whom the trophy is named is Duleepsinhji, an Indian prince who represented England in cricket. The "like his father" is a reference to Kumar Sri Ranjitsinhji, uncle of Duleep and one of the greatest players of the game.
