This kitty cost about $700 (NZ$) according to the owner who was a vegetarian and supposedly never fed this kitty and the kitty's sister any meat. I gave the kitty scraps of hamburger and turkey and the kitty soon fell in love with me, staying at a house temporarily across the street in Maraetai Beach, Auckland, New Zealand. While I'm allergic to cats, I could hold this one for short times and wash my skin soon thereafter without sneezing much. This kitty and her sister moved with her owner to Christchurch, New Zealand, a city on the southern island. |
